Creating an accessible museum

It is important to us that our visitors can enjoy Shoemakers Museum without difficulties.

The museum is currently under construction with a brand new suite of galleries in a modern purpose built building adjoining a historic Georgian house and Medieval barn building. As we approach opening we will provide full information here about our services and facilities, guidance and support and the staff assistance available to enable your visit to be an inspirational and enjoyable one.

Contact Us

This is a contact form for anyone who would like to talk about their visit to the museum. It has been made so you can speak with a member of our team about access requirements, book a quieter visit time, ask about parking or to let us know how we can improve.

If you would prefer to call us on the phone, our number is 01458 444060
