Spring Wreath Making with Makers Bee
7 April | 10 -12noon and 2-4pm
Create your own beautiful Spring Wreath in a fabric workshop with Makers Bee. Choice of morning or afternoon sessions.
A wonderful chance to enjoy a seasonal craft activity as a family in a unique setting.
One of the most popular workshops at The Makers’ Bee is their Fabric Wreath Workshop. This Easter we’re delighted to be hosting two workshops at Shoemakers Museum on Tuesday 7 April. It’s a wonderful chance to enjoy a seasonal craft activity as a family or with friends in a unique setting.
What to Expect
During this special Easter session at Shoemakers Museum, you’ll receive everything you need to create your own beautiful fabric wreath. All materials are thoughtfully sourced from recycled fabrics, reflecting our commitment to sustainability and creative reuse. As you craft, you’ll be surrounded by the rich heritage of the area, making the experience even more memorable.
Customize Your Creation
Although we’ll provide a curated selection of fabrics, you’re welcome to bring your own scraps if you’d like to tailor your wreath to a particular colour palette or Easter theme. Bringing personal materials can make your creation even more meaningful, especially in the setting of Shoemakers Museum.
Who Can Join
This Easter workshop is perfect for beginners and the whole family—no crafting experience needed. Because glue is used in the process, we recommend it for older children and adults or supervised for little ones. It’s an enjoyable, hands-on activity that blends creativity, sustainability, and the heritage surroundings of the Shoemakers Museum.
Costs
£35 per wreath.
Come on your own to make your own beautiful creation OR come as a family/group to work together on a wreath.
Maximum group size is 4 people including adults and children. Additional child £5.
When
Tuesday 7 April. A choice of two workshop sessions 10am to 12noon or 2pm to 4pm.
